Gujarat PSC Recruitment 2016 Vacancy Details:

Total Number of posts: 469
Name of the Posts:
01. Assistant Engineer (Civil): 350
02. Motor Vehicle Inspector: 50
03. Principal: 52
04. Additional District Health officer/ RCHD: 02
05. District Education officer: 15

Age limit: Maximum 35 years for S.N 01, 21 years for S.N 02, 49 years for S.N 03, 45 years for S.N 4 and 05. Age relaxation is applicable as per the rules.

Educational Qualification:

• Assistant Engineer :  Candidates should have Possess a degree in Engineering (Civil) obtained from university or institutions with basic computer knowledge
• Motor Vehicle Inspector :  degree in Mechanical engineering or Automobile engineering with valid motor vehicle
• Principal : A PG degree with 55% marks grade of B in the seven point scale, PhD degree in relevant discipline
• Additional District Health officer :  Degree in medicine of a recognized university with PG degree or Diploma in preventive and Social Medicine or Social and preventive medicine with five year's experience in health administration
• District Education officer : Bachelor's degree with five classes or a Bachelor's degree with a Second class or PG degree in Arts or Science or commerce or law or agriculture with Gujarati and hind and computer application knowledge

Selection Process: Written Exam

Application Fee: Rs.100/- for General/OBC candidates and No fee for SC/ST Candidates.
