
1. The Cabinet
Committee on Economic Affairs (CCEA) approved the Revised Cost Estimate-I
of 400 MW Koteshwar Hydro Electric
Project (HEP) in Uttarakhand at an estimated completion cost of Rs. 2,717.35
crore.

4. The 13th Executive

9. India and 20 other countries adopted a declaration on
counter-terrorism and an Action Plan in the first Summit of Indian Ocean Rim Association (IORA) in
Jakarta.
10. Noted socialist leader and former Lok Sabha speaker Rabi Ray passed away at a Hospital in Cuttack today. The 91 year
old leader was hospitalised several days ago with age-related complaints.
